COMMODITIES
Commodities
are available to our clients each month (Centre
Street Site only). Non-perishable food items
(canned goods, cereal, juices, pastas, etc.)
Items vary each month and are issued Monday
through Thursday one week each month. Occasionally,
we have nutritional supplements (ENSURE, BOOST)
on a first come, first served basis.Our clients
can elect to use this benefit on a month-to-month
basis. Ask for details at our offices.
PROGRAM
ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS :

A
documented diagnosis of HIV (symptomatic, ARC, or
AIDS) by your physician is required to participate
in the program. Persons with non-symptomatic HIV
are not eligible. The diagnosis should be on office
stationery and signed by healthcare provider.
