The following are sites with an extensive compilation of AIDS resources for medical and health professionals, the general public and newsletters intended primarily for people with HIV and their advocates.

ONLINE LIBRARIES

• AIDS Education Global Information (AEGIS) AEGIS connects over 32,000 AIDS electronic bulletin boards in 66 countries.

• HIV InfoWeb HIV InfoWeb is an online library containing HIV and AIDS-related information maintained by AEGIS.

• HIVInsite Link to HIVInsite's Knowledge Base a comprehensive, on-line textbook of HIV disease from the University of California San Francisco and San Francisco General Hospital.
  

• AIDS Education and Training Centers (AETC) The AETC website serves as a central resource for the education of providers of HIV/AIDS care nationwide. AETC National Resource Center is a program of the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA).

• JAMA HIV/AIDS Resource Center The JAMA HIV/AIDS online is a resource center for physicians and health professionals. The site is produced and maintained by JAMA editors and staff.

• Medscape HIV/AIDS Medscapes' Speciality page on all topics related to HIV/AIDS. A great reference for general public and health professionals.

• National Library of Medicine/Medline Plus AIDS Pages A comprehensive listing of articles, links and resources as a service of the National Library of Medicine and Medline Plus. Links to Spanish articles available.

• UCSD Biomedical and Medical Center Libraries A listing of links to AIDS/HIV Resources as recommended by the UCSD Medical Library.

ONLINE PUBLICATIONS

• Positively Aware Postively Aware is publication of the Test Postively Aware network and their mission is to provide the information and support necessary to allow people with HIV to remain "Committed to Living."
  

• AIDS Treatment News Archives A complete archive of AIDS Treatment News through current issue. This internationally recognized treatment newsletter is an excellent resource for persons living with HIV/AIDS who are looking for information on new therapies.

• AIDS WEEKLY PLUS AIDS WEEKLY PLUS publishes the week's HIV news from a hard-hitting journalism angle. Information porvided and archived by AEGIS.

• Daily Living Daily Living is a free subscriber HIV/AIDS News Digest that searches over 200 newspapers and sources from across the USA and around the world and then deliver its subscribers relevant AIDS articles by email, every Monday and Thursday in an easy to read email newsletter format.
